TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Jefferies and Bain. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Services:
Jefferies and Bain, PR and reputation risk management company agrees to provide public relations and reputation risk management services as per the agreed-upon scope of work..
2. Confidentiality:
Both parties acknowledge the confidential nature of the information shared during the course of our engagement and agree not to disclose or use such information for personal gain or benefit without explicit consent.
3. Payment:
Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in the agreed-upon contract. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges.
4. Termination:
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement with a written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.
5. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property developed during the course of the engagement shall belong to Jefferies and Bain unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities:
Clients agree to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the successful execution of PR services. Delays caused by inadequate client input may affect project timelines.
7. Communication:
Both parties agree to maintain open and transparent communication throughout the engagement. Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
8. Indemnity:
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Jefferies and Bain harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the use or misuse of the PR services provided
9. Force Majeure:
Jefferies and Bain will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By engaging Jefferies and Bain, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to clients.
